"Kaspi Neft Gas, AO" plays a pivotal role in the processing of gas and natural gas liquids across three strategically positioned gas processing plants (GPPs). These GPPs are strategically located within Kazakhstan's oil fields region, with an additional presence in the Northern region of the Refinery and within our petrochemical complex on the country's territory. The core function of " Kaspi Neft Gas, AO " gas processing plants is to convert the associated petroleum gas produced by our company into valuable liquid hydrocarbons and marketable gas.
While the potential for gas infrastructure in the Eastern part of the country has garnered considerable interest from both oil and gas producers, it's essential to acknowledge the substantial challenges inherent to this endeavor. Presently, we are on track to commence the general processing of LPG in the first half of 2019. Simultaneously, we will initiate the delivery of propane and butane to our valued clients. The initial LPG dispatch is expected to amount to 160,000 tonnes per year, with a significant portion destined for both domestic and international markets via rail transport. This will not only provide a cost-effective and cleaner fuel source for local drivers and public transportation but also presents a significant opportunity to replace gasoline and diesel fuels in river vessels, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
